Why I'm Building Grow Landscaping in Public

Most lawn care companies grow quietly. The owners that figure out pricing, route density, hiring, and recurring revenue keep it to themselves — and everyone else has to learn the hard way.

I'm doing the opposite. I'm building Grow Landscaping in Trinity, Florida with one clear goal: break into the top 100 landscaping companies in the world. And I'm documenting the entire process — the wins, the mistakes, and the real numbers — as it happens.

Why in public?

Two reasons. First, accountability: when your goal is public, quitting quietly isn't an option. Second, because I wish this existed when I started. There's endless content about "making money mowing lawns" and almost nothing honest about scaling past the owner-operator stage — what crews actually cost, what churn does to a route, when software matters and when it doesn't.

What I'll be sharing

Monthly progress updates here on the blog, and the day-to-day on YouTube and Instagram: pricing decisions, hiring, systems, revenue milestones, and everything in between.

If you're growing your own lawn care or landscape company, follow along. Everything I learn, you get too.
